Very bad service ...for first 10 minutes, we were waiting at desk that they can show us the seats. when we choose the booth by ourself then a girl came and said this booth is for reservation ...you should wait and ask for seats...so ridiculous....then after 15 minutes waiting, she took are order and didn’t asked for any drinks..Such a horrible experience and finally i don’t recommend this place

I have been going to this place for almost two years now and I’m loving it. Their food is sooo soooo good, perfect spicy as I love. The best thing about them is that they are open until 4 am in the morning which is why this place absolutely wonderful for your late night cravings. My personal favourites in the menu are chilli chicken, cauliflower 65, cauliflower manchurian, butter masala dosa. Ummmm🤤 my mouth is already watering. I visit almost every second week. I definitely recommend everyone trying this place. 🧡

I came here for the very first time, the staff was respectful and service was fast. They made sure I was well seated. They have more than one Dosa dishes. The Dosa was probably the best one I have ever had. The chef sure knows what he is doing, The owner also greeted me with kindness and made sure I felt I was in a warm environment. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and especially families. The staff were polite and made sure I did not have to wait long for service. I will definitely be eating here again.

My experience at this place was ugly!First of all, the service wasn’t good. I don’t understand the point of serving a dish with no spoons and forks. How is a customer supposed to eat?Secondly, food was not good. It wasn’t cooked properly. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Last night I was there and wanted to have good food although food was good but poor customer service I think that was new staff bcz I am regular at dosa and not happy with 0 customer service

Best service and the best dosa in Surrey absolutely amazing

Good food, good beer - overall great south indian spot. I came with some friends a week ago. The kothu parotta I ordered was delicious. Atmosphere was nice as well. Would definitely come again and bring some other friends to share this experience.

The staff is really rude. I ordered food online where i wasn't informed that i am ordering a pick up and not a delivery. After 2 hours of placing the order when called back the representative was Anamika on call. When informed that the restaurant cannot deliver wasn't informed while placing the order, she said you cancel the order its ok as you being a customer did not upfrontly ask about the delivery options. Really upsetting service and highly non recommended restaurant. **PS: Hire some better employees who understand customer importance.

Friendly server, super clean place and awesome food

The staff was very friendly, nice and sweet. They were catering wonderfully to our needs. But the food here is soo soo bad. I just wish there was something authentic here. The tea tasted like it was reheated and it did not fresh in any sense. It even looked so dull and black. We were only able to take 1 sip. I wish they completely change way the food is prepared here.

I really enjoyed eating dosa at here .the quality and taste impressed me a lot.

The food quality is outstanding and late night hours is a plus bonus. I was really happy with the service I had from this rasturant and can’t wait to come again for that yummy Chili and butter chicken

Good food, average customer service, and it's open untill 4am

The food is mediocre. Went for lunch for 2 of us, and our food did not arrive together, the food came out about 5 min apart. So we could not enjoy our lunch together. The restaurant was relatively empty when we went, other then one another table there. I found that the food was overpriced compare to other restaurants with Dosa. I have been here before about a year ago and I don't think they are doing anything different or unique to have a higher price point then others in the same business.

Nice and clean but dosa was not that good. Potatoes in the dosa was very paste like their was not taste at all and sambar was not fresh. I remember few years back it used to be my favorite place to go but I am not going to go there anymore.

Yesterday was first time I visited this place and it was awesome experience. Very tasty finger licking food. I have eaten the best masala dosa ever. Good service by staff.The best thing about this place is , it is open till 4 am, so if u running late and all other restaurants r closed by 11pm, u can still enjoy a yummy meal.i would love to go this place again.

After my friends's recommendation, went and tried, Masala fried fish and Chola bhatura . Everything is fantastic, I love their food and good portions too. I even recommended some of my friends, they also tried their food, and got a good feedback from them as well. Ambiance is good, no rush, and service is also good..I have visited this place many times. Girl name mani she is so friendly just love her customer service..

Desi Dosa isn't the way I remembered it, when we lived nearby.Many years ago dining here was a real experience. Now the whole place looks and feels worn.The server did her best but had to look after the whole place on her own. Not her fault.The food on it's own is a four star. The kitchen did a great job. Ownership needs to give Desi Dosa an overall refresh but keep the chef.

Delicious food but slow service

People who work the night shifts are amazing. Everytime that I have been there, food is delicious. Their customer service is very good.

Probably the most delicious Dosa I have ever had. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. The Bombay Beer is also excellent and I highly recommend it.

Best south Indian restaurant in Surrey so far. Their quality of food and customer service are both excellent each time we go for a dine-in. I just wish if they would play more of Hindi songs and less of Punjabi. Apart from that, Everything's great!

It's a small restaurant which opens all night long. Mostly packed after 11pm when all other restaurants close. Go there for just dosas which are ok or atleast better than most Punjabi restaurant which sells dosa disasters. All other dishes are more expensive than the most fine dining restaurant in surrey....16 CAD for a chicken Currey. The people serving mostly a girl with a drowsy eye( may be due to night shifts ) is good and courteous.

Food was okay and cozy place to dine in but they were short on staff and poor customer service. We asked for desert menu after 15 minutes waiting for server to comeby and she gave us drinking menu. So i had to find her to give the desert menu . Finally, i got the menu but i didn't see server again ,she was busy with other customers, we waited for 15 to 20 more minutes to order desert but nonbody came to us to take order then it was getting late and i had to leave without desert and they didn't say any sorry or anything else.

I had the worst customer service experience. The lady who was at the counter abused me when we complained about the order. Despite of apolosizing she was rude and did not know how to behave with customers. Its the worst place to go to have food . I’m so dissapointed with the store.

Love this place the food is amazing and the service is even better!!!!!!! Definitely coming again and again.

I visit your restaurant first time and it was great experience. Specially the food service was really good and girl doing excellent job over there which was really impressive. Along with this, the taste of the food was excellent.

We went there around 2 am because nothing else was open at that time. We ordered a chicken vindaloo with roti and masala dosa. They didn't ask what level of spice we wanted and made it so spicy that i could barely eat it. The rotis were stale and they just refried them in oil so they got really chewy and hard. There were poeple there too, but i am assuming it was only because nothing else is open at that time. Very bad food and bad experience.

Dosa is nice but the rest of the entrees don't taste as wow as they did few yrs ago. Disappointing!

Its my first time in this restaurant and currently Sitting in here as I write this review! This place is awesome! We ended up here because every Indian restaurant in surrey is so packed on a Saturday but here, it’s so peaceful! Just the way my partner and I like it. Also, our server is awesome! They served the food on time and they are delicious. I think this restaurant has a potential <3

Such a poor service. After order we waited plus one hour. They don’t know which wines they have. Strongly recommended don’t visit Don’t waste money.

Good food, good service. The dosa's we had were excellent. Service was okay, but it took them a few minutes to seat us, even though we were the only ones in the entire restaurant.

if you are thinking to come here when all the other options have exhausted, better to stay hungry than to eat here. food was okay and a bit cold. me and my friends ordered some chaa (tea) and it was so dull colored and bitter in taste. it was clearly reheated and must have been made in the morning and served same batch at night. Staff was nice and friendly. only complaint is about kitchen and food. lesson learned to not come here ever again.

Good food for a very reasonable price. Been here many times and would definitely visit it again and recommend it to anyone who wants to try the South Indian cuisines.

A great introduction into the Desi food world. Great start is with the Butter Chicken Dosa! Owner is very friendly and service was fast and attentive.

if you’re craving dosa - this is the place to go. I’ve never really enjoyed dosa but I will definitely be revisiting. The staff is excellent — they’re extremely sweet!! Lastly, they’re open till 4AM... what place in surrey is open at that hour? None. Good on them!

Worst service ever .... our glass was not cleaned and i ask the girl very nicely can you please change it so she gave me new glass and don’t even say sorry ... and many more things that I experienced and it seems like she is not interested to serve us ... although food was good .. if u want to be a good server then atleast smile ...

Food is really good; price is a little on the higher side. Although I like this place but the crowd here is very ratchet. They’ll talk on loud speaker phones and the restaurant staff doesn’t even intervene and ask them to stop and act civil. It’s a restaurant. A public place. Some Punjabi people just let the whole community down by not acting civil publicly. Shame.
